Checks and Money Orders

We accept personal checks and money orders! Please send your check or money order to:

We will ship your order within 3 business days after your check is cashed and clears our bank.

We usually ship all items that are in stock within 3 business days after receiving your order. Items that are out-of-stock typically ship no later than 2-3 weeks after your order has been submitted. If you happen to pick an out-of-stock item we will notify you immediately and provide you with an estimate of the ship date before your order is processed.

Shipping Rates
US Domestic Ground Shipping
We offer USPS 1st Class Mail for Domestic Ground shipping. There is a flat rate delivery charge of $3.50 when you buy less than 3 shirts, so buy a few and your shipping is free! You will receive an email when your order ships that contains your USPS delivery confirmation number.
Express Delivery Services
All of our Express orders are delivered with USPS Express Mail service. Rates vary according to the weight of your package. Please remember that we will do everything we can to get your order out the same day, but Express orders will take 2-3 days to arrive after you place your order. To determine your shipping charge, enter the mailing address in your checkout cart, select your shipping method and click apply. Your shipping rate will be visible in your shopping cart.

International
For our international customers, we accept orders by online credit card or PayPal.

We offer a one time, flat rate charge of $14.50 for orders that are shipped outside of the U.S. All international orders are shipped using USPS Priority International mail service. Your shipping rate will be visible in your shopping cart once you enter the mailing address in your checkout cart and click the "apply" button next to the shipping method drop down box. Due to increased custom's regulations overseas, packages shipping USPS International can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to arrive and there is no tracking with this service only a delivery confirmation number that is updated once your package is received. International orders require a physical mailing address and phone number; orders will only be shipped after your credit card has been cleared and processed by our servers.

If we are unable to determine the validity of your credit card through our bank you will be sent an e-mail asking you for additional information to help us complete your transaction. Sometimes it will be necessary for us to receive a current copy of your drivers license or a passport for verification purposes. We will only accept orders that have the same bill to and ship to address. In most instances the ordering process is easy and straightforward. You will need to pay these fees to the appropriate authorities who collect them.

T-Shirt Care
MakeUSmile Tees recommends that you wash all merchandise inside out with like colors in cold water, using the mildest detergents available. Remove your shirts immediately from the washer and hang dry, to help prevent bleeding or fading of colors. Do not iron transfer or any printing on your shirts. MakeUSmile Tees will not accept returns or exchanges of any merchandise that has been washed, dried or damaged in any way.

Easy Returns
We make returns EASY! Simply print off and completely fill out this RETURN SLIP. You will be able to return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your shipment. Be sure to fill out all sections of the return slip and mail it with the item(s) you are returning.
