How should I care for my new t-shirt?
MakeUSmile Tees recommends that you wash all merchandise inside out with like colors in cold water, using the mildest detergents available. Remove your shirts immediately from the washer and hang dry, to help prevent bleeding or fading of colors. Do not iron transfer or any printing on your shirts. MakeUSmile Tees will not accept returns or exchanges of any merchandise that has been washed, dried or damaged in any way.

What size shirt should I purchase?
MakeUSmile Tees inventory is provided by manufactures from around the world and sometimes the sizes of our shirts can vary. For your convenience we decided to create a size chart based on a reasonable average of the shirts in our inventory. Each measurement should be within 1-2 inches of the dimensions of your shirt. Most of our garments are made of 100% pre-shrunk cotton so please also consider that your items can shrink about an inch when laundered over time. Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes. Your credit card transactions are secure at our site. All on-line orders are encrypted and sent through a secure server, using SSL technology to prevent information from being intercepted. Confidential information such as your credit card number will be used only to fulfill your order.

When will I get my order?
We ship all items that are in stock within 2-3 business days after we receive your order. Out-of-stock items typically ship within 2-3 weeks after your order has been submitted. If you happen to pick an out-of-stock item we will notify you immediately and give you an estimate of the ship date before your order is processed.

How will my order ship?
All orders that ship regular ground and have a shipping address within the 48 contiguous United States are shipped USPS Priority Mail. There is flat rate charge of $5.90 for ground shipping in the United States. So order as many shirts as you would like and your shipping will remain at our low flat rate charge. Domestic Sales Tax
All orders placed with an Ohio billing address are subject to a 7% sales tax charge.

International Shipping
All international orders are shipped via USPS International Airmail Letter Post. International orders require a physical mailing address and phone number; and will only be shipped after your credit card has been cleared and processed by our servers. Our charge for International Shipping is $12.50, so order as many shirts as you would like and your shipping charge will remain at our low flat rate charge. Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Barbados, Belgium, Canada, Cayman, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greenland, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland as well as the United Kingdom.

International Taxes, Fees and Other Charges
In some cases your country may apply taxes, custom charges, duty charges or VAT fees. Any charges associated with shipments that are made to your country are your responsibility and are not included in your payment to makeusmiletees . You will need to pay these fees to the appropriate authorities who collect them.

Incorrect Address Information
If an incorrect address is provided by you or we need to change your shipping address from your original order and the shipping company charges us, your credit card will be subjected to any additional charges that are incurred.
